Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Mauksh, every product is carefully curated and prepared with care. Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns after successful delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a defective item
• You receive an incorrect product

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For approved return requests involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Mauksh will provide return instructions. Customers may be required to ship the product back before a refund or replacement is processed.

If a return is requested for any reason other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Such requests may be declined at Mauksh’s sole discretion.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Energised or spiritually activated products
• Customised or made-to-order products
• Products showing signs of use
• Sale, discounted, promotional, or free items (unless received damaged or defective)

REFUNDS

Once a return claim is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
