ORDER PROCESSING


  • All orders are processed within 0-1 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details



SHIPPING LOCATIONS


  • We currently ship across India
  • International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned



SHIPPING CHARGES


  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website



DELIVERY TIMELINES


  • Metro cities: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 3-5 business days after dispatch



Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


COURIER PARTNERS


We ship through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Mauksh is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been handed over.


ADDRESS ACCURACY


  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Mauksh is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details



If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS


  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue



CLAIMS WITHOUT PROPER EVIDENCE MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.


NON-DELIVERY / REFUSED ORDERS


  • Refusal to accept delivery may result in non-refund of shipping charges
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable) orders that are refused may be restricted in the future
